WEBSCHEDULER MIGRATION
On May 8, 2018, NATCA and the Agency signed a Memorandum of Understanding
(MOU) regarding the Agency's migration from Lotus Notes/Domino Lightweight
Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) to MyAccess for WebScheduler (also known as WMT
Scheduler or WMT). As explained in a prior update, NATCA and the Agency agreed to
migrate WebScheduler from Lotus Notes/Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP)
to MyAccess on Wednesday, August 22, 2018. However, the Agency delayed the
migration due to issues that existed with MyAccess.
The Agency has addressed the issues that existed with MyAccess and is now ready to
move forward with the migration. NATCA and the Agency have agreed to make the
effective date of this migration Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at 7:00 AM EDT.
BUEs will be required to access WebScheduler using https://wmtscheduler.faa.gov or
through the MyAccess website, https://my.faa.gov. To sign into WebScheduler, BUEs
will use either: (1) PIV Card and PIV Card PIN; or (2) FAA email address (as their
username), as well as their MyAccess PIN and the correct answer to one of their
established MyAccess Security Questions. All current authorization levels, associated
rights, or notifications in WebScheduler will remain the same.

NATCA BRIEFED ON SOLO
On September 4, 2018, the FAA briefed NATCA regarding SOLO, an ERAM computer
message practice system developed in response to the request of the Academy En
Route Students for additional Radar Associate computer message practice time. SOLO is
a standalone computer platform that uses SIGNAL software, and allows students to
train, without any additional training personnel, by following a scripted problem to
practice ERAM Radar Associate computer messaging. SOLO mimics the keyboard
functionality used in the Initial En Route training program at the Academy. Trainees will
receive immediate electronic feedback from the SOLO training platform in the form of
an "accepted" or "error" message after an entry. The SOLO system will be sent to Air
