Things to keep in mind once Split Pay is disabled: • Travel documents that are in progress (i.e., have not obtained final approval) must be corrected for expenses assigned to Pay To "Travel Charge Card." Users will receive an error message to update expenses on the Summary page. • Approvers reviewing documents will receive an error message and must return documents back to travelers to correct Pay To selections. • Travelers should only charge airfare to the CBA for travel before Dec. 21, 2018, if they do not have a JPMorgan Chase travel card. Remaining expenses should be charged to their personal cards. Travelers should apply for a US Bank travel card beginning Nov. 26, 2018 for travel after Dec. 21, 2018. • Review both JPMorgan Chase and US Bank statements when completing vouchers to monitor where expenses are charged. • Submit vouchers no later than 15 days after the trip end date. Failure to complete vouchers may delay reimbursements.
