His report is below: Mr. Rose and Kyle Ness (M98 NATCA) traveled to WJHTC during the week of Feb. 11. During the week, meetings took place with Human Factors, Terminal Second Level Engineering (TSLE), and TAMR PO software/hardware teams. In addition, we attended the Program Technical Report Workgroup (PTRWG), Rules Workgroup (RTRWG), and System Technical Release Workgroup meetings (STRWG). Human Factors is still working with NATCA TAMR on the review of conflict alert response time. This will help with nuisance conflict alerts once software changes are made to match the response time testing. The TSLE meeting was informative and provided insight into how TSLE provides build planning. We discussed having NATCA involved a little earlier in the planning. We then met with the TAMR hardware manager about optical trackballs and keysite activities. The first keysite will be PCT and we are negotiating two more facilities. The normal weekly and monthly workgroups are starting back up after the shutdown. I attended a two-day PTRWG meeting which included ranking the Terminal Spacing and Sequencing (TSS) issues against baseline technical reports. The closure of 23 PTRs occurred, while one was relegated to documentation, and two were assigned watchlist status.
