on the operational environment. The second changes flight plan handling between STARS and ERAM. The third proposes a new method to input and modify flight plans on the STARS display using a visual template. Rules Trouble Report Working Group (RTRWG) – Ness submitted a rule request to display reported ADS-B information on the STARS display. Specifically, the proposal will allow the controller to view the Target ID (callsign) of a track via keyboard and trackball methods already used to display track information. The rule was approved. Ness also coordinated with CLT NATCA and a rule was approved to ensure controllers are alerted to arrivals that descend below prescribed altitudes. TAMR Deployment and Common Terminal Digitizer (CTD) Report submitted by Richard Thomas (GEG) We participated in out-of-cycle pre-CCB telcons on Feb. 6, Feb. 14, Feb. 21, and March 7, to reschedule the work that was disrupted due to the shutdown. We participated in the first regular pre-CCB telcon on Feb. 28. We participated in weekly Friday TAMR/NATCA tag-up telcons on Feb. 8, Feb. 15, and Feb. 22. We participated in weekly TAMR/NATCA look-ahead telcons on Feb. 11, Feb. 18, Feb. 25, and March 4. Additionally, we participated in the telcons listed below: • CKB's IOC confirmation date (Feb. 19) • CLT JSS CDRL comments review (Feb. 19) • RFD, MLI joint post-IOC telcon (Feb. 21) • BAB Schedule restart meeting (Feb. 21) • CTD/TDX Implementation meeting (Feb. 25) • Remote Tower scheduling telcon (Feb. 26) • AZO Initial Planning meeting (March 5) • HTS IOC Planning telcon (March 7) We coordinated with C90 FacRep Chris Hilbert, NATCA National Office Technical Rep Liaison Matt Sullivan, and Rose for MDM optimization taking place March 15-16 at C90. We solicited floorwalkers for HTS and CKB and coordinated with Sullivan for their release letters. We are in the process of soliciting floorwalkers for AZO, GRR, and MKG. TAMR Operational Support Facilities (OSF) Report submitted by Scott Kendrick (NTOSF) Software Planning Board (SPB) – Stakeholders continue to work changes in the software release schedules for STARS S6.00R8, S6.00R9, and S6.00R10 software. The S6.00R7 software is still in keysite testing with another drop scheduled for mid-March for issues found during the current operational testing. Operating Testing and Evaluation – OSF SMEs from PCOSF and NTOSF attended a test event at the WJHTC to validate an automation solution on how to integrate 9 ARTS 1E/STARS LITE stand-alone tower conversions to a remote TDW at host STARS TRACONs. The event proved successful on how flight plans and data tags could work across the NAS at these locations. Program Trouble Report Working Group (PTRWG) – During the February meeting, stakeholders ranked new PTRs, reviewed PTRs on the watch list, and reviewed several PTRs that were already ranked. In addition, closed PTRs that have been opened are no longer or have been corrected within the software. • We reviewed about 17 ranked PTRs/CCDs outside the top 100 that had the latest assigned rank date in 2016.
