His report is below: NextGen Weather Processor (NWP)/Aviation Weather Display (AWD) A NWP Test Technical Interchange Meeting (TIM) was conducted at the William J Hughes Tech Center (WJHTC) on March 12-13. The current version of the AWD at the WJHTC is two versions behind the most recent build at Raytheon in Marlborough. The government shutdown resulted in build five never being implemented at the WJHTC. Build six of the AWD ended during the first week of April and will be delivered to the WJHTC. Upon the WJHTC receiving the most recent build, a scenario will be developed for a user evaluation. The evaluation is expected to take place sometime late this summer depending on the timing of the install. On March 19-20 an NWP training TIM was conducted at Raytheon. The TIM was a chance to start discussion of the training requirements that will be necessary to train the field and technicians. This is the beginning stages of discussing the training that will be required, and I will be working with Tom Adcock to make sure the training plan is adequate.
