System Technical Reports Working Group (STRWG) - Stakeholders continue to review proposed software modifications to STARS. Plot/playback files usable in FUSED mode and the command rules processor used to enter flight plans and filters, should be allowed to drop and freeze tracks, i.e., ADSB Data Handling and Geographic Restriction Area Improvements. Safety Risk Management Panel (SRM) - I participated on the SRM telcon where stakeholders reviewed changes to the S6R8 software and whether improvement PTRs for the STARS S6.00R8 software release would/could impact the NAS. I also participated on the STARS OS, SBS, TAMR look-ahead, and weekly OSF Technical telcons. TIME BASED FLOW MANAGEMENT/TERMINAL SEQUENCING AND SPACING (TBFM/TSAS) Matt Gammon (ZID) is the Article 114 Representative for TBFM/TSAS. His report is below: During the week of March 25, TBFM Ops Team members travelled to JAX and MYR to support the installation of IDAC equipment. This is the beginning of IDAC installs at ZJX and seven towers over the course of three weeks. The TBFM Ops personnel goes onsite with the installation personnel to verify that the installation of the equipment meets the requirements of the previous site survey and that the equipment meets the operational needs of the Tower. Previously there were some issues with the physical equipment being installed correctly, but now there are issues with the display on the IDSTs. To avoid finding these issues out during the training and implementation weeks, Ops Team members now travel with the Install team, and they all work together to ensure the site is satisfied. That same week, Ops Team members continued their work on the Northeast Corridor (NEC) PHL demo at the Tech Center. This is a continuing effort, that the Ops Team is working together with many other groups at the Tech Center to ensure that when the demo of the TBFM PHL XM/arrival system is presented to the facilities, that it runs as smooth as possible. This is going to involve multiple, labs, meeting spaces, combined technologies, and the work of a lot of folks so my thanks to all the hard work of not only the Ops Team members, but also engineering, contract support and many others to ensure that this demo is a success. During the week of April 1, Paul Carroll (PCT) filled in as the TBFM Article 114 Rep and TBFM Ops Team co-lead while I was on leave. Paul's report for that week as well as the TSAS report is below. Thank you Paul. During the week of April 8, IDAC installs continued to include PNS and SAV. There were some FTI issues that the team faced the first day at SAV. They were cleared up on the second day and the team left SAV with a successful install. The initial install of
