would never ask for any operational keyboards to lockup, but in this case, R90 is providing TSLE with valuable information that may prevent lockups at other facilities. Approach Runway Verification (ARV) is a software tool delivered in the S6.R10 build to potentially warn controllers when an aircraft is lined up to a surface other than the landing runway. NATCA SMEs participated in an early user event at Raytheon in late September to evaluate functionality and CHI. On Oct. 15, there was a video demonstration of ARV provided by Raytheon to the Agency and NATCA to better understand how the tool functions, what criteria ARV uses to identify the intended landing runway and how it can potentially reduce wrong surface landings at problem airports. NATCA TAMR will be conducting operational testing on ARV at the Tech Center in December and is working with TSLE to deploy R10 and ARV in manner that meets the needs of all STARS stakeholders. Mr. Ness participated in a Terminal Sequencing and Spacing (TSAS) CBI review session at the Raytheon facility in Fullerton, Calif., with NATCA TAMR training lead Ross Costa and FAA training. The intent of the meeting was to review Raytheon- developed CBI material for functional and training accuracy. TAMR is gearing up for three weeks of operational testing and evaluation, starting Nov. 18. Two builds will be tested concurrently with 10 NATCA air traffic SMEs in attendance. Jason Rose, NATCA TAMR Systems Engineering Lead - During the last month, Mr. Rose has participated in the TAMR Hardware Systems Engineering meetings, Software Planning Board, HEWG, TAMR Article 114 Meetings and STARS SRM panels. Mr. Rose traveled to the FAA Tech Center Oct. 9-11 for the PTRWRG (Program Trouble Reports Working Group). Stakeholders reviewed three items that are "Watch List" expired. They will remain on the Watch List until additional information is available. We reviewed, ranked, and discussed 63 PTRs. An agreement was made to keep the planned dates for the 2020 PTRWG schedule even though there were some conflicts with the TSLE SRM morning panels. The next meeting is scheduled for Nov. 14. STARS DRB (Discrepancy Review Board) - Stakeholders reviewed Discrepancy Reports TSAS S6.00R8 D03 #120, #140, #148, #157, #167, #188, #205, #206, #207, S6.00R9 D03 #110, #119, #122, #134, #137, #138, #147, #148, #159, #165, #166, S6.00R10 D01 #3, #4, #6, #7, #8, #9, #10, Archive #2, and ATCoach #1 to see if they were valid and then given a priority. Operational Testing and Evaluation (OT&E) - TSLE ran the SO-3 Interfacility System Baseline Test procedure on Friday, Oct. 18, as part of the S6R9 drop 4 Run-for-Record testing. Strings 12, ELITE2, and ELITE3 were used, with String 12 loaded with PHL TRACON on the S6R9 drop 4 build. The test was successfully run. PTR11087 - Extend round-robin logic to include arrivals and overflights test plan, also as authorized for S6R9 drop 4, run on String 12. That test was successful.
