During the week of Oct. 21, the mock tower configuration for our upcoming ARV Dry Runs and Testing was set up perfectly, and all worked as expected. Mr. Rose and Mike Sanders (SCT) traveled to Raytheon in Marlborough, Mass., Oct. 16-18, for a TIM (Technical Interchange Meeting) to continue the discussion on In Trail Distance for Ghost Targets in ATPA processing volumes. Improvements were made. They also discussed a request for an enhancement to ATPA processing that should persist through multiple linked ATPA volumes as long as the volume qualifications criteria is met to cover curved approaches. These enhancements will most likely come in phases. More discussion to come in the future. System Technical Reports Working Group (STRWG) - Stakeholders came to concurrence to allow for TCW Color Sets to support Mixed MDM-3/MDM-4 configurations. This software change would allow Tech Ops at a facility to install any type of MDM monitor without impact to AT operations and without the need for any adaptation change. Stakeholders also came to concurrence for In trail Distance for ghost targets in ATPA processing volumes. This will provide in-trail distance monitoring for both real and ghost targets in an ATPA volume. Further discussion is needed pending a NATCA TSAS/TBFM review to Add AT Coach pause/resume support with TBFM for TSAS. Rules Trouble Reports Working Group (RTRWG) - October's meeting was cancelled as there were no new requests to consider. TAMR Operational Support Facilities (OSF) Update by Scott Kendrick (North Texas- OSF) - I attended the STARS SCSC/OSF SMS playdate at Raytheon Marlborough focusing on the Data Management System (DMS) which is used to create site adaptations operating on the both Solaris and Linux as STARS prepares for the operating system change in 2021. Users were able to get an early look of the possible issues of functionality and provide comments. System Technical Reports Working Group (STRWG) - Stakeholders are reviewing proposed software modifications to STARS STR 29824 - In trail distance should be available for ghost targets in ATPA processing volumes; STR 29915 - Allow for TCW color sets to support mixed MDM-3/MDM-4 monitor configurations; and STR 29791 - Add ATCoach pause/resume support with TBFM for TSAS. Program Trouble Reports Working Group (PTRWG) - We reviewed three items on the Watch List. They will remain on the Watch List until more information is available. Over 60 PTRs were discussed and stakeholders adjusted rankings and ranked numerous previously unranked PTRs. Software Planning Board (SPB) - Stakeholders are working the content for software release package for S8.00R2 scheduled for release in early 2022. In addition, Mr.
