Management System (TFMS) will replace the tools used in ZNY and N90. The meeting attended by Mr. Rose was heavily focused on the Center and TRACON side of the house. POCs were exchanged and the TFMS NATCA 114 Rep, Ryan Jacobs, was instrumental in bringing together DSP reps and TFDM. TFDM will be working closely in the future to ensure this tool works correctly. Matt Gammon (TBFM Art 114 Rep) and Mr. Rose coordinated a meet and greet between key players between the two programs. The meeting took place on Nov. 19 and items discussed included expectations, requirements, and tools used for metering aircraft throughout the NAS. A closing meeting occurred on Nov. 21, in which we discussed issues and how to move forward in a collaborative way. On Nov. 19-21, three different events were simultaneously held at WJHTC. The Advanced Electronic Flight Strips (AEFS) engineering build testing, Build 2 Advanced TMC Course Design Guide, and a TFDM testing/risk reduction. Three SMEs attended the risk reduction from PHL, ATL, and TPA. Blake Locke also attended to learn TFDM and answer any questions about TBFM. For the AEFS build 5.7, which will be the last, SMEs from CLE, CLT, and PHX were in attendance. Multiple discrepancy reports were filed against the new 1.1p3 build for TFDM. Issues with system crashes discovered in build 1.1p5. We have a way to go with this software build before it is ready for prime time. Although deployment activities are still underway throughout the NAS, the following have been completed: • CLT - Equipment delivery and racks installed. • CLE - Equipment install. • IWA - Equipment install. • RDU - Equipment install. • EWR - Site survey complete. • JFK - Site survey complete. • LGA - Pre-site survey complete. If any FacReps or members have issues or questions, please do not hesitate to contact Aaron Rose at tfdm@natca.net. Bridget Brazelton (DEN), TFDM Training Update November marked a big milestone in TFDM's training development with the successful completion of a two-week training material evaluation known as First Course Conduct (FCC). The program's first three courses are now in the final editing and certification process for use in the field. The week following FCC, Ms. Brazelton attended a pre-site survey at LaGuardia ATCT. The meeting served as preliminary exposure for local NATCA, management and Tech Ops to the TFDM system hardware, installation, implementation, and training process. LaGuardia is TFDM's thirteenth site, but early groundwork and coordination is key to a
