SURVEYS
NATCA recommends participation in the Converging Runway Operations (CRO) Pre-
Site Review. NATCA also recommends participation in the En Route Automation
Modernization System Data Communications Human Factors Risk Survey (ERAM
CPDLC).
NATCA recommends participation in the Employee Engagement Team (EET) Cafeteria
Restructure Survey for the Region X BUEs at the William J. Hughes Technical Center in
Atlantic City, N.J.
NATCA recommends participation in the ARP Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
BUE Coordination Survey.
NATCA does not recommend participation in the 2020 GSA Customer Satisfaction
Survey (formerly OMB Benchmarking Customer Satisfaction Survey).
