Large Monitor issues - I have been brought into the identified issues with the implementation of new 43" monitors. Test sites are ZFW, ZOB, and ZMP. I have worked with Tom Adcock and Rex Jackson. I will be traveling to ZOB to see the monitors in person and speak with affected members. Working with EAP Committee - I have begun working with the EAP Committee to help spread the word to members about the benefits of the program. I'm waiting for some additional information from Carrie Uphus to proceed with the project. Human Factors Training at the Academy - Work will begin in early February to introduce a full day of Human Factors training to students at the FAA Academy. The material is nearly complete, and the HP team will be working with the academy instructors on how to present the material. The deadline for the first class to receive the training is April 2020. NEXTGEN Adam Rhodes (I90) is the Article 114 Rep for NextGen. GPS Resiliency - NATCA received a briefing from MITRE on GPS Resiliency and the effects that GPS outages can have on STARs and SIDs when they occur near an airport. MITRE would like to research contingency efforts to maximize throughput during times of outages. NextGen Consolidated Document - NATCA spent time reviewing a 120-page draft document that describes the history of NextGen and the progress and benefits to the NAS since its inception. NATCA will be reviewing the final draft prior to publication. This document will be used to inform stakeholders as well as briefings to Capitol Hill. Four-Dimensional Trajectory (4DT) - NATCA participated in multiple meetings regarding 4DT. The purpose of this demonstration will be to deliver future four- dimensional clearances to the flight deck via DataComm. Though the capability within DataComm to deliver these types of clearances does not currently exist, the test will supplement this with clearances delivered to the Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) in the flight deck to simulate what a future DataComm could look like. The clearances delivered to the flight deck will involve negotiations with the Flight Deck, AOC, TMU, Command Center, and will present a potential route that has been vetted through all that would be displayed for the controller to execute if practical. The demonstration is currently scheduled for the summer of 2020 and will need to await the availability of the eco- demonstrator aircraft from Boeing until an official date is selected for the live flight. An SRMP is currently scheduled for Feb. 11-12 in Washington, D.C., regarding the live flight. Remote Towers - Fort Collins, Colo. (FNL) - The Fort Collins remote tower system is in place and awaiting SERCO to hire controllers to participate in the testing of the remote tower system. Prior to testing taking place, a mobile tower will be brought into the FNL airport, and
