Embrace this opportunity and seek ways to actively participate and engage. This week's agenda will offer every attendee the opportunity to learn and grow. Attendees will be able to participate in thought-provoking panels on the critical challenges we face as aviation safety professionals. Perhaps most importantly, attendees will be able to speak directly with the only people that understand the challenges within the aviation safety industry – other aviation professionals. CFS 2024 will offer you an invaluable opportunity to establish new professional relationships and friendships. We are all in this together and are strongest when united under a singular purpose. We will also hold our 20 th annual Archie League Medal of Safety Awards Banquet Wednesday evening, recognizing the incredible accomplishments of our NATCA brothers and sisters in aviation safety. We will also present the Region X Commitment to Safety Award. Their stories are real-world examples of how training can instill the ability to make the correct decisions quickly and effectively under pressure. For every one of our members who was not able to attend this important event, we thank you for your hard work and commitment. CFS 2024 will be available to watch via live stream and we hope you can find time to join us virtually. Thank you, and we hope you enjoy your time at CFS 2024.
