Right From The Start (RFTS) seeks to develop relationships with primary air traffic facility leaders through a two-day workshop called a leadership alignment. RBSM requires the mitigation of risk through the identification of conditional elements that affect safety. Risk-based decision making is used to inform/ evaluate/improve compliance-based processes.
