Their mission is to create sustainable change for those affected by hunger through profits from Finnegans Irish Amber and Finnegans Blonde Ale. Ninety- eight percent of the profits from the beer go to providing food for the hungry (the other two percent pays their tax accountant and filing fees. That's it!). Finnegans Community Fund has made a big difference in the Midwest. The organization has raised $100,000 from beer sales alone! That money purchased more than 140,000 pounds of locally grown produce for local food banks. The fund also hosts an annual event, Drink Like You Care, which raised nearly $16,500 between Nov. 1 and Dec. 31, 2013. Interested in giving back by quenching your thirst for cra beer?
