ISSUE: OFFICIAL TIME Official time enables NATCA representatives to effectively act on behalf of our members at the local, regional, and national levels. Without official time, many small issues that could be solved in a short period of time could potentially take weeks or months to resolve, and at a higher cost to tax payers. QUICK REFERENCE HOW THIS ISSUE AFFECTS NATCA MEMBERS: NiW Today n i w . n a t c a . n e t Official time gives employees paid time to resolve disputes, negotiate working conditions, and collaborate on workgroups.
