Weather MON TBFM TFDM TAMR TOCO SBS PBN NextGen NVS IDS - R Industry Headsets Data Comm Airspace Administrative Software LABOR RELATIONS DEPARTMENT NATCA PREVAILS IN INDEFINITE SUSPENSION ARBITRATION On September 15, 2015 Arbitrator Linda Byars sustai ned NATCA ' s grievance in a recent expedited indefinite suspension arbitration involving a long - tenured engineer accused of off - duty misconduct. The Arbitrator reversed the indefinite suspension and ordered the Agency t o return the grievant to work. The Arb itrator also ordered the Agency to make the grievant monetarily whole for the time period of the indefinite suspension, and to expunge the grievant ' s personnel record of any reference to the indefinite suspension. FAA WILL CONTINUE TO OFFER IDENTITY PROTECTION TO CURRENT FAA EMPLOYEES FOR AN ADDITIONAL YEAR NATCA was recently notified that the Agency would continue to par tner with Identity Force to offer identity protection and identity restoration services in order to provide added safeguards in the protection of FAA employees' information. The Agency has exercised its option to extend the contract for one more year until September 7, 2016. The current contract was set t o expire on September 9, 2015. With the extension of the contract, the current coverage being offered will remain in full force a nd effect without any changes. If you are already enrolled in the coverage, n o action is necessary on your part to continue your coverage for another year. If you have not previously enrolled, you may still do so by taking the following steps: Please contact the FAA Privacy Division at Privacy@ faa.gov to reque st a unique verification code.
