issue of duplicate flight plans and the task force put together by the NUT. Mr. Keith spoke to Julio Henriques (ERAM) and passed on this information. Mr. Henriques reviewed the NUT notes and there is a task force that will review the best method to resolve the issue. · Weekly meeting with Jeff Woods (PMO), Dale Wright (S &T), Mel Davis (NextGen), Jim Ullmann (S&T), Andy Marosvari (AJV - 8), and Jim Davis (Airspace). The purpose of meeting is to ensure all up to date on ongoing programs and upstarts. · Attended AJV - 7 managers meeting and listened to high level briefi ngs on a wide range of topics in AJV - 7. · Attended the TRACON Evolution virtual session week two. Again, excellent job by the NATCA participates. · Attended the IM systems engineering work group. The workgroup looked at Energy managemen t for interval management and separation assurance during the "achieve by stage". Mr. Keith pointed out the best benefit of IM will be gained if the agency will develop time based separation criteria. The work group concluded, until such separation exis t a procedure to ensure vertical separation must be developed for IM merging operations. · Met with Greg Burke and discussed terminal CHI team. Terminal CHI team is now being reviewed by the PMO and Mr. Woods has a date to speak with Jim Linney ( FAA) in the PMO to get this moving. · Met with Frank Lias (FAA) and he briefed Mr. Keith on EWR AEFS. They discussed ATPA and that phase 2 is being handled by Ki AJV - 8 (AIR TRAFFIC PROCEDURES): Andy Marosvari (BOI) is the Article 48 Represent ative to the AJV - 8 office. Mr. Marosvari forwarded the report below for this week. · Attended weekly ART 48 meeting with Dale Wright (S&T), Jim Ullmann (S&T), Mel Davis (NextGen), James Keith (AJV - 7), Jeff Woods (PMO) and Jim Davis (Airspace) · Discussed a rewrite of the Dependent Converging Instrument Approach (DCIA) order with Michael Poissant, AJV - 8 · Participated in a Continuation of Services CAP meeting
