PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE (PMO): Jeff Woods (I90) is the Article 48
Representative to the PMO. Mr. Woods' report for the week is below.
· Attended weekly meeting with Dale Wright, James K eith, Andy Marosvari,
Jim Davis, Jim Ullmann and Mel Davis
· Worked funding issue for the D10 Voice Switch replacement
· ASR 8 Radar
o Attended telcon with NATCA SBS and TAMR to learn their issues with
ASR - 8 radars and how there are disconnects when they try to deploy
FUSION and TAMR
o Talked with Jay Merkle (PMO) about the disconnect
· Off Shore (MicroEARTS)
o Worked travel for the ERAM and STARS SMEs to conduct site visits
o Maybe issues due to the CR expiring in December 2015 and one of
the site visits
o Worked with Jim McAllister (NATCA), AJT and the PMO to develop a
check list for the site visits
· Terminal Sequencing and Spa cing (TSAS) Key Sites
