The second is Virtual Learning, which will provide a wide range of tailored, online resources to support continuous learning in the ATO. The third initiative will dig deeper into developing the adaptive skills we will need to move to the safety culture of our future. By providing ongoing development through CLD and other leadership development programs, the ATO will continue to be the best in the world at what we do. As we pursue these efforts, and many more, we'll continue to drive down safety risk, transform and modernize our airspace system, maintain our strong standing in the world, and have an outstanding workplace culture.
