BRIEFING REQUESTS On January 29, 2016 , NATCA requested an informational briefing on FAA Order 8150.1D, Technical Stand ard Order Authorization (TSOA). We are currently waiting for a response fro m th e Agency regarding our request. NATCA POCs: Labor Relations Attorney Suzanne DeFelice and Labor Rela tions Coordinator Kendal Manson. On February 8, 2016 , NATCA requested a briefing on FAA Order 3770.14, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Procedures for Responding to Allegations of Occupational Saf ety and Health (OSH) Reprisals. We are currently waiting for a response form th e Agency regarding our request. NATCA POCs: Labor Relations Attorney Nicole Vitale and Labor Relations Coordinator Kendal Manson . On February 5, 2016 , NATCA requested a briefing on the F AA Corporate Work Plan Ascend. We are currently waiting for a response from th e Agency regarding our request. On February 3, 2016 , NATCA requested a briefing on the Issuance of New Job Analysis Tools (JATs) in the Office of Information Technology (AIT). GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT CONGRESSIONAL SCHEDULE : The House and Senate will be in session the week of February 8. NATCA SUPPORTS AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL REFORM PROPOSAL : On Wednesday, Feb. 3, Chairman Bill Shuster (R - PA) of the House Transportation & Infrastructure (T&I) Committee unveiled his long - term FAA reauthorization legislation which includes his air traffic reform proposal. NATCA President Paul Rinaldi and EVP Trish Gilbert, along with NATCA Government Affairs (GA) staff, continue to work closely with House and Senate committee staff to ensure NATCA's priorities are addressed in any FAA reauthorization bill. Committee Hearing: The T&I Committee held a full committee hearing on February 10 titled "Review of ATC Reform Proposals." The witnesses included NATCA President Paul Rinaldi, Airlines for America President and CEO Nicholas Calio,
