Can you name an investment that acts like a stock but looks like a mutual fund?
If you said "exchange - traded funds" (ETFs), you're right on the money. ETFs typically
consist of a "basket" of securitie s that mirror a particular market index. Like stocks, ETFs
trade on an exchange and can be bought or sold throughout the trading day. Since most
ETFs are designed to follow an index, fund managers generally make changes to their
investment lineup only when the underlying index changes. Because the goal is to match

UNUM Long - Term Disability Insurance
Last year, NATCA had a very successful open enrollment period for the
NATCA/UNUM Long Term Disability Plan . This year, we hope to be just as successful
wi th your help. The open enrollment period will run Feb. 1, 2016, through April 30, 2016.
ME + ONE
We have added an additional incentive plan designed especially for plan participants. If
you are a current participant, please talk to and enroll one member w ho is not currently
enrolled in the plan. All current participants who are successful will receive a $25
NATCA Store gift card.

Early Enrollment Raffle
On the third day of Communicating for Safety (CFS), we will raffle off a new iPad.
Each member that signs up from the beginning of the open enrollment period to the
second d ay of CFS (March 22) will be entered into the raffle. Members do not have to be
present at CFS to win.
