UNUM Long - Term Disability Insurance
Last year, NATCA had a very successful open enrollment period for the
NATCA/UNUM Long Term Disability Plan . This year, we hope to be just as successful
with your help. The open enrollment period will run Feb. 1, 2016, through April 30, 2016.
ME + ONE
We have added an addi tional incentive plan designed especially for plan participants. If
you are a current participant, please talk to and enroll one member who is not currently
enrolled in the plan. All current participants who are successful will receive a $25
NATCA Store gi ft card.
Enrollment Incentive
We also have designed a new T - shirt that will be given to the first 500 members
who sign up. We encourage you to enroll early, as these are limited edition shirts.
Early Enrollment Raffle
On the third day of Communicating for Safety (CFS), we will raffle off a new iPad.
Each member that signs up from the beginning of the open enrollment period to the
second day of CFS (March 22) will be entered into the raffle. Members do not have to be
pre sent at CFS to win.
