There's a good chance that your question has already been asked by another

Reauthorization page on the m embers side of natca.org.

Once you log in and reach the members home page, click on the "FAA Reauthorization"
button.
If you have not yet logged on to the members side of the website, you need to
u se the same username and password as those for your NATCA Portal account. If you
have not been to the NATCA Portal yet, you can quickly and easily register and create
the credenti als you'll need to access the new members section of natca.org. Click here :

To Subm it Proposed Convention Resolutions or Amendments:
The 2016 Convention is in August of this year. Members should submit proposed
resolutions or amendments by May 2 to the NATCA Executive Vice President
at tgilbert@ natcadc.org . Proposals will then be mailed to all members at least 60 days
prior the convention. The National Convention body will then vote on all proposals that
are in order and properly before the body. If you have any questions please contact
a constitution committee member.
