WEEKLY MESSAGE FROM ATO COO TERI L. BRISTOL FedView Survey Hi everyone. You may have heard the old phrase, "Measure twice, cut once." It conveys an important principle – before we ma ke changes, we should get accurate measurements on what we're trying to change. Otherwise, we won't know if we're making progress, and we might end up wasting resources. When it comes to measuring the health of our workplace, your feedback is the data we n eed. If you received an email asking you to complete the Federal Employee Viewpoint (FedView) survey , please take time to do it. The survey is one way to measure what's going great and what we can do to improve. After the first week, the ATO's response rate was low compared to the other lines of business in the agency.
