2016 CBA Tentative Agreement Page 207 of 217 effective date of the CBA. By mutual agreement, the Parties at the national level may extend this deadline based on feedback from the workgroup. The Parties agree to adopt the automated traffic count and calculating program(s) once it has been validated by the workgroup. Implementation will not occur until all actions required by this Agreement have been met. Section 4. The Parties at the national level shall meet within thirty (30) days of the presentation of the workgroup's results to collaborate on changes to Appendix A of the CBA, buffers, breakpoints, the NVT MOU dated May 12, 2011, and the effective date of any changes to Facility Pay Levels. Secti on 5. If the Parties are unable to reach consensus within sixty (60) days of the initial meeting at the national level, the Parties shall meet to within thirty (30) days to negotiate an agreement. If the Parties are unable to reach agreement, they shall utilize the impasse procedures contained in the Parties' November 2, 2010, Memorandum of Understanding, unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties at the national level. Section 6. Following the completion of the process in Section 4 and, if necessary, Se ction 5, the Parties will implement the automated traffic count and calculating program(s), and any changes to Appendix A of the CBA, buffers, breakpoints, the NVT MOU dated May 12, 2011, and Facility Pay Levels. Section 7. This Agreement shall remain i n full force and effect until the terms reached pursuant to this Agreement are in effect. Executed this ____ day of _________ 2016.
