named above and the Federal Aviation Administration agree as follows :

2. The employee agrees to serve an additional tour of duty, 24 months in duration, and shall have reemployment rights with the F AA in
accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration EMP - 1.16: Return Rights After Certain Assignments and FAPM 352 - 1:
Reemplo yment, Restoration and Return Rights and the terms and conditions of the NATCA CBA, Article 59, Return Rights.
