2016 CBA Tentative Agreement Page 212 of 217 MOU - 2 Article 77 ATO IAQ MOU MEMORANDUM OF UNDERS TANDING BETWEEN THE NATIONAL AIR TRAFFIC CONTROLLERS ASSOCIAT ION AND THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRAT ION This Agreement is made by and between the National Air Traffic Controllers Association, AFL - CIO ("NATCA" or "Union") and the Federal Aviation Administration ("FAA" or "Agency"), collectively known as "the Parties." This Agreement represents the complete understanding of the Parties concerning: the Air Traffic Organization Indoor Air Quality Program Implementation Requirements (ATO IAQ) draft issued July 1, 2015. Section 1. For the purposes of Article 77 - A (Hazardous Materials an d Chemicals), the Parties agree to adopt the Air Traffic Organization Indoor Air Quality Program Implementation Requirements (ATO IAQ) draft issued July 1, 2015, for application in spaces occupied by bargaining unit employees. The Agency shall be respons ible for administering and complying with the ATO IAQ, however the Agency shall not be required to assign specific work to employees not covered by this Agreement. Once the ATO IAQ has been approved for implementation, the Agency will meet any bargaining o bligation in accordance with Article 7 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Executed on the effective date of the successor to the 2009 Collective Bargaining Agreement.
