Vor Mon FROM THE GENERAL COUNSEL'S OFFICE 2016 E lectio n of National Representatives: Nomination Information and Election Timeline IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON THE RATIFICATION VOTING PROCESS FOR THE 2016 TENTATIVE CBA NATCA members in the ATC, TMC/S, FSS, and NOTAMS units are entitled to participate in a contract ratification vote for the 2016 Tentative CBA. NATCA has retained the services of an outside vendor, Global Election Services (GES), to conduct an ONLINE contract ratification vote. On June 7, 2016, GES mailed letters with information on the onl ine contract ratification voting process. Members should expect to receive this letter prior to June 15, 2016. The letter contains a u nique PIN, which is required to log in to the voting website. You will also need your NATCA Membership Number to log in to the site. If you do not know your NATCA Membership Number, please click here . The voting website will go live at 9:00 a . m . EDT on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 . Once the voting website is live, a l ink to the site will be placed on the members - only side of the NATCA website. The address for the voting website is also contained in the letter to members from GES. The voting website will close at 11:59 p . m . EDT on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 . If you misplac e your u nique PIN or have any problems logging in to voting website, please contact Global Election Services at 877 - 455 - 9367 or natcahelp@electionservicescorp.com . LABOR RELATIONS DEPARTMENT NATCA ADDS NEW FACILITIES TO THE SERCO CBA On May 26, 2016, NATCA and Serco, Inc., agreed to add two (2) new Federal Contract Towers to the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Parties. The new facilit ies are CHD ATCT in Chandler, Ariz. , and RAL ATCT in Riverside, Calif . Serco is one (1) of the three (3) major Federal Contract Tower Program employers. The Union is happy to welcome these new facilities to the NATCA family. POCs: Director of Labor Relations Ryan Smith, Assistant Director of Labor Relations Erina Hammond, Senior Labor Relations Attorney Chris Gant, and Labor Relations Attorney Damien Maree. NATCA MEETS WITH THE FAA AGAIN REGARDING ONGOING FAATP RENEGOTIATIONS On June 1, 2016, NATCA met again colla boratively with the FAA regarding the Agency's proposed revisions to its travel policy (the FAATP).
