LABOR RELATIONS DEPARTMENT NATCA FILES NATIONAL GRIEVANCE OVER ROBINSON AVIATION'S (RVA) LWOP POLICY On Oct. 7, 2016, NATCA filed a national grievance regarding RVA's unilateral implementation of a new L WOP policy. RVA failed to provide the Union w ith notice of this new policy. We are currently waiting for a response fr om RVA regarding our grievance. POC: Senior Labor Relations Attorney Christopher Gant . BRIEFING REQUESTS On Oct. 6, 2016, NATCA requested a briefing regarding the Agency's plan to utilize the Comprehensive Electronic Data Analysis and Reporting (CEDAR) system for the retention of bargaining unit employee training records in electronic format. On October 5, 2016, NATCA requested a briefing on FAA Order FN 3900.70, Office of Finance and Management (AFN) Occupat ional Safety and Health (OSH). On October 5, 2016, NATCA requested a briefing on FAA Order 8110.52B, Type Validation & Po st - type Validation Procedures. On October 5 , 2016, NATCA requested a briefing on FAA Order 8110.4C, Type Certification, Change 6. We are currently waiting for a response from the Agency regarding our request.
