ONLINE LOCAL REPRESENTATIVE DIRECTORY: We have a fully updated
facility representative directory on the members side of natca.org. Please click here . You
can find any FacRep in any bargaining unit along with their contac t information. To find a
full listing of other representatives at each facility, please click here. The facility
representative directory is automatically updated wh enever the Unionware membership
database is updated. Thus, it is important that accurate and updated information is in
Unionware so it is then reflected on the website. We encourage all FacReps to please
review their own information on Unionware, particula rly their primary email addresses, to
ensure it is accurate.
MEMBERS – YOU CAN UPDATE YOUR OWN INFORMATION AS WELL: The
NATCA Portal is where you can change your address (if you have moved), your email
address, and also your phone numbers. We need to ensu re we have your accurate
information on file. You can update it yourself here:

ou r NCEPT page on the members side of natca.org so that you have everything you
need by way of updates, requests, selections, and other resources like the current

REMINDERS, TIPS ON THE NATCA.ORG WEBSITE
Logging in to the Members Side: To access the members side of the website,
either click here directly and bookmark the URL on your phone or computer, or go to
natca.org and select the "MEMBERS SIDE" menu item. On your phone: the menu is
accessed on natca.org by touching the red button in the top left corner of the screen with
the three white lines inside it. That will bring up a red - bordered b ox that you can then
navigate with your finger.
HOW TO LOG IN : Use your NATCA Portal username and password. Your
membership number can be used as your username. The NATCA Portal is the
interactive side of Unionware, our Union's membership database. Once yo u log in to the
new members section using your NATCA Portal credentials, you can choose
"Remember me" and your browser will save it for ensuing visits.
