NATCA strongly believes in sharing important safety data. As part of the Partnership for
Safety initiative between NATCA and the FAA, several safety programs have been
implemented and integrated into an overall safety culture in the work environment.
These include ATSAP, Fully Charged, Turn Off Tune In, and Take a Stand for Safety. In
addition, NATCA and the FAA are addressing weather through the "Complete the
Picture" program.

can find any FacRep in any bargaining unit along with their contact information. To find a

representative directory is automatically updated whenever the Unionware membership
database is updated. Thus, it is important that accurate and updated information is in
Unionware so it is then reflected on the website. We encourage all FacReps to please
review their own information on Unionware, particularly their primary email addresses, to
ensure it is accurate.

NATCA Portal is where you can change your address (if you have moved), your email
address, and also your phone numbers. We need to ensure we have your accurate

Logging in to the Members Side: To access the members side of the website,
either click here directly and bookmark the URL on your phone or computer, or go to
natca.org and select the "MEMBERS SIDE" menu item. On your phone: the menu is
accessed on natca.org by touching the red button in the top left corner of the screen with
the three white lines inside it. That will bring up a red-bordered box that you can then
navigate with your finger.
HOW TO LOG IN: Use your NATCA Portal username and password. Your
membership number can be used as your username. The NATCA Portal is the
interactive side of Unionware, our Union's membership database. Once you log in to the
new members section using your NATCA Portal credentials, you can choose
"Remember me" and your browser will save it for ensuing visits.
