POCs: Region X RVP Mike MacDonald, Region X ARVP Ed Szczuka, Engineers & Architects Principal Representative Don Smith, AIT National Representative Ken Slauson, and Labor Relations Attorney Grant Mulkey . OBIEE An electronic reporting tool called DELPHI, used for financial reports/data within the DOT, will be replaced by OBIEE (Oracle Business Int elligence Enterprise Edition). Oracle, the vendor, can no longer support the DELPHI; it's outdated IT systems technology. Oracle has moved to the OBIEE as their reporting tool of choice. In doing so, their support for their legacy products, Web Reports and Discover, are going away. Once these programs are no lon ger supported, the FAA/DOT will lose all reporting capabilit y out of DELPHI. The Enterprise Services Center (ESC) is in the process of transferring all rep orting capabilities to OBIEE. Discover will still be available for the next ye ar or two. This upgrad e will not affect or impact the general DOT employees, rather only those employees who use DELPHI to utilize financial information. The ESC is expecting to go - live with the new reporting tool by the end of March 2017. To ensure the DELPHI users are fully t rained and capable of using it, the ESC is scheduling training sessions on OBIEE to be conducted through classroo m training and WebEx sessions.
