NATCA ON THE RADIO AIR WAVES New NATCA Radio Advertisements NATCA President Paul Rinaldi and Executive Vice President Trish Gilbert taped new radio ads last month, for airing on Washington, D.C. area spor ts radio station ESPN 980, in addition to game broadcasts for the defending National League East Division - champion Washington Nationals and the first - place Washington Capitals and Wizards through Monumental Sports & Entertainment. The ads in this market co ntinue to reach our most important audiences and have consistently received significant positive attention. These new ads are a mixture of both 15 - second and 30 - second spots and focus on several topics including our members' commitment to safety, the need to grow and modernize the National Airspace System (NAS), and working toward solutions that will continue to ensure progress for the NAS. THE NATCA.ORG WEBSITE – NOTABLE SECTIONS AND LINKS Some key locations on the members side of the natca.org website: * Solicitations for subject matter experts. Please click here to check out the current openings for SMEs. * Member Center: Geared toward the FacRep as an online resource but a great wealth of information for representatives of all types in the Union. Please click here . * OWCP - Office of Workers' Compensation Programs. We worked with the OWCP Committee recently to update its section on the members side of the natca.org website. You can reach the section by clicking here . A shortcut to access the page is owcp.natca.net. In addition to a listing of committee members and their contact info. the updated section includes an OWCP FacRep guide and a complete library of OWCP websites and forms. * NCEPT page: New – The March 2017 Priority Placement Tool. Please click here. * Professional Standards: A comprehensive section on the members side of natca.org. Included is an overview of the ProStan Program, dashboard, videos, resources, forms, and more. Please click here. * We updated our " Emergency" section of the Members Center to include the new aircraft accident/incident checklist from the ASI Committee. * We have a fully updated facility representative directory on the members side of natca.org. Please click her e . You can find any FacRep in any bargaining unit along with their contact information. To find a full listing of other representatives at each facility, please clic k here. The facility representative directory is automatically updated whenever the Unionware membership database is updated. Thus, it is important that accurate and updated information is in Unionware so it is then reflected on the website.
