More time is required to work with AIS and AFS regarding the criteria changes that have been implemented since the project was submitted for publication. Numerous Waivers and Letters for Approval have been submitted to AFS for their consideration and eventual submission to the Procedure Review Board (PRB). The Community Engagement activi ties for the Austin post - implementation amendments continue to meet the local needs and are on track to support the new publication date. More sites are starting the decom pro cess under VORMON. ZMP was briefed by several Operational Support Group personne l in May and the existing waterfall of navaid s impacting ZMP was identified. We are currently preparing for the following VOR decoms in FY17: BRD, BTL, DDD, ENW, HRK, HUW, RIS, STE, and SYO. ZMP is also participating in discussions regarding potential Q - Ro ute development that may involve ZDV, ZMP, ZAU, and ZID in the future. Preparation for Community Engagement for the KCMH and KSAT projects is being planned: In Central, the OSG Environmental Specialists have been assigned as the POCs for Community Engagem ent. Both Great Lakes and Southwest Regional Administrators, their s taff, and communications have given us tremendous support for every level of this growing activity. We continue to spend the majority of our time developing the appropriate strategies an d materials for Community Engagement in KAUS, KSAT, KCMH, and KCRP. The Regional Administrators and their staff, FAA Public Relations, the NextGen Office, and our Environmental Specialists are all working together to produce site - sp ecific plans for each pr oject. The Community Engagement webpages include site - specific information and all applicable Environmental documentation at the point that each product is ready. We continue to discuss and develop strategies and tools to help prioritize and quanti fy cost s for each PBN project. As demands from VORMON increase, some PBN projects might be put on hold. Obviously, facilities that discover safety concerns will continue to be high priority. Finally, we attended our quarterly meetings with AJV - 14 and discussed a ll aspects of PBN development, engagement, and publication. Submitted by CSA PBN NATCA Art. 48, Brent Luna
