NATCA NATIONAL OFFICE DEPARTMENTAL WEEK IN REVIEW June 3 - 9 , 2017 LABOR RELATIONS DEPARTMENT CHILD CARE SUBSIDY PROGRAM MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING On June 2, 2017, NATCA and the Agency signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) concerning the Agency 's C hild Care Subsidy Program. The MOU increases the total family income amounts under which the Agency will subsidize child care costs for eligible employees. Under the MOU, the Agency will subsidize eligible employees' child care costs according to the follo wing scale: Family Income Percentage of Total Child Care Costs Paid by the Agency Over $85,000 0% $75,001 – $85,000 30% $60,001 – $75,000 45% $60,000 or less 70% POCs: NATCA Eastern Regional Vice President Dean Iacopelli, Director of Labor Relation s Ryan Smith, Labor Relations Attorney Grant Mulkey, and Phil Barbarello . BRIEFING REQUESTS On June 13, 2017, NATCA requested a briefing on FAA Order 3900.XX AIR, Accident Investigation Safety (AAIS) Program – OSH .
