CHILD CARE SUBSIDY PROGRAM MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
On June 2, 2017, NATCA and the Agency signed a Memorandum of Understanding
(MOU) concerning the Agency 's C hild Care Subsidy Program. The MOU increases the
total family income amounts under which the Agency will subsidize child care costs for
eligible employees. Under the MOU, the Agency will subsidize eligible employees' child
care costs according to the follo wing scale:

Over $85,000 0%
$75,001 – $85,000 30%
$60,001 – $75,000 45%
$60,000 or less 70%

BRIEFING REQUESTS
On June 13, 2017, NATCA requested a briefing on FAA Order 3900.XX AIR, Accident
Investigation Safety (AAIS) Program – OSH . We are currently waiting for a response
from the Agency regarding this briefing.
