directives for exposure control. However, some elements of Chapter 10 will remain in AIR's BBP P rogram, including the ECP, special training for investigation participants, vaccinations, selection processes for determining what personal protective equipment should be used, biohazard waste disposal, and procedures for handling an exposure incident. Th e briefing of June 13, 2017 covered AIR's BBP Program requirements. The BBP Program is intended to prevent occupational exposure of AIR employees to pathogens in blood and other potentially infections materials (OPIM), and will meet or exceed OSHA regulati ons. It is applicable to AIR personnel performing activities that may expose them to blood, human body fluids, or OPIM during Occupational Exposure (Category 1), or Good Samaritan lay responder - related exposure (Category 2). The entire BBP Program Order in cludes BBP Program requirements, and several appendices, including AIR ECP, and the AIR Hepatitis B Vaccination consent form. BRIEFING REQUESTS On July 7, 2017, NATCA requested a briefing on the Organizational Changes to AAQ - 500. We are currently waiting for a response from the Agency regarding our request. On June 28, 2017, NATCA requested a briefing on the Program Scheduling Management System (PSMS). We are currently waiting for a response from the Agency regarding our request. POCs: Labor Relations Attorney Suzanne DeFelice and Labor Relations Coordinator Kendal Manson . SURVEYS NATCA recommends participation in the Technical Oper ations Training Summit Survey. This survey is specific to the Engineers and Architects bargaining un it. NATCA recommends participation in the AT Early User Involvement Events (EUIE) Questionnaire.
