LABOR RELATIONS DEPARTMENT AGENCY PROVIDES BRIEFINGS ON FAA ORDER JO 7110.113E, FAA ORDER JO 7110.65 2 - 2 - 6, AND FAA ORDER JO 7110.65 4 - 5 - 6 At the end of July 2017, the Agency provided briefings to NATCA about changes to FAA Order JO 7110.113E, Procedures for Issuing Automated Clearances; FAA Order JO 7110.65 2 - 2 - 6, IFR Flight Progress Data; and FAA Ord er JO 7110.65 4 - 5 - 6, GNSS MEA. NATCA requested the briefings because the Agency did not consult with NATCA's Procedures Representative prior to making the chan ges, as collaboration requires. The Agency agreed that in the future, it will channel issues like these through the NATCA Procedures Representative. POCs: NATCA Procedures and Professional Standards Representative Andy Marosvari, and NATCA Labor Relations Attorney Suzanne DeFelice. BRIEFING REQUESTS On Aug. 15, 2017, NATCA requested a briefing on the Aircraft Certification Service Information Technology Agility Order XXXX.IT AGILITY. We are currently waiting for a response from the Agency regarding our request. POCs: Labor Relations Attorney Suzanne DeFelice and Labor Relations Coordinator Kendal Mans on. On Aug. 14, 2017, NATCA requested a briefing on AIR Flight Test Program Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP) Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). We are currently waiting for a response from the Agency re garding our request. POCs: Assistant Director of Labor Relations Nicole Vitale and Labor Relations Coordinator Kendal Manson. On Aug. 11, 2017, NATCA requested a briefing on the BCP Personnel Movement. We are currently waiting for a response from the A gency regarding our request. POCs: Labor Relations Attorney Suzanne DeFelice and Labor Relations Coordinator Kendal Manson. On Aug. 9, 2017, NATCA requested a briefing on the Air Traffic Services Field Realignment. On Aug. 8, 2017, NATCA requested a briefing on FAA Order JO 7110.110B – Dependent Converging Instrument Approaches (DCIA) with Converging Runway Display Aid (CRDA).
