COMMUNICATING FOR SAFETY – Bally's Las Vegas The dates have just been announced - Oct. 22 - 24, 2018 . The 14 th Annual Archie League Medal of Safety Awards Banquet will be held on Oct. 24, 2018. NATCA PRESS RELEASE LAST WEEK NATCA Congratulates the Honor able Robert L. Sumwalt on Confirmation as Chairman of the National Transportation Safety Board : "We congratulate Chairman Sumwalt on his confirmation. NATCA LEGISLATIVE UPD ATE The National Executive Board recently sent a legislative update to all members discussing the current topics that affect our membership. Included: "We continue to oppose cuts to federal employee benefits and retirement programs that would harm both act ive and retired NATCA members, as these cuts are unacceptable and could exacerbate the staffing crisis to emergency levels in some facilities and across the NAS."
