During the briefing, NATCA asked why the Agency wants to impose an affirmative obligation on BUEs to inform their managers of record and AGC if they are subject to litigation holds and to coordinate with AGC to determine whether they are stil l subject to litigation holds. NATCA explained that the manager and AGC should already have this information and should know whether BUEs are required to preserve documents. The Agency responded that it will provide NATCA with additional information concerning these provisions of the Order, which NATCA will evaluate upon receipt. T he Agency also clarified that the requirement to notify the Occupational Medical Surveillance Program and Recordkeeping POC of a planned separation does not apply to all employees, and the Agency will provide additional information regarding which employee s must provide this notice. BRIEFING REQUESTS On Sept. 15, 2017, NATCA requested a briefing on Voluntary Separation Ince ntive Payments (VSIP) and Voluntary Early Retirement Authority (VERA) Offers. We are currently in the process of scheduling this briefing. POCs: Assistant Director of Labor Relations Nicole Vitale and Labor Relations Coordinator Kendal Manson . On Sept. 1 4, 2017, NATCA requested a briefing on the St. Thomas Air Traffic Control Tower (STT) Temporary Housing for BUEs/Operational Changes due to Hurricane Irma. On Sept. 12, 2017, NATCA requested a briefing on the Upgrade and Transition from Windows 7 Enterprise to Windows 10 Operating System. We are currently in the process of scheduling thi s briefing.
