ATC - 0 Determination
ATC - 0 declaration at an Air Traffic facility is the responsibility of AT Management/CIC
not TechOps. Example: If the Fire Alarm activates, ATC - 0 should be declared
immediately and Evacuation procedures started. If it is found that the alarm activated
erroneously and an all - clear is given, ATC - 0 can be cancelled.
The safety of Air Traffic Employees is the direct responsibility of Air Traffic management,
not TechOps.
