WEBSCHEDULER MIGRATION
On May 8, 2018, NATCA and the Agency signed a Memorandum of Understanding
(MOU) regarding the Agency's migration from Lotus Notes/Domino Lightweight Directory
Access Protocol (LDAP) to MyAccess for WebScheduler (also known as WMT
Scheduler or WMT). The migration was originally scheduled to occur on May 18, 2018.
However, as a result of critical issues associated with the transition, the migration has
been delayed.
The Agency has placed a banner on the WebScheduler sign-in screen advising
employees to continue to use LDAP until further advised. We do not yet have a new
effective date for the migration, but we will send out another update with the new
effective date once it has been finalized.
When the migration occurs, BUEs will be required to access WebScheduler via the
MyAccess website, found at https://my.faa.gov
. To sign into WebScheduler, BUEs will
use either: (1) PIV Card and PIV Card PIN; or (2) FAA email address (as their
username), as well as their MyAccess PIN and the correct answer to one (1) of their
established MyAccess Security Questions. All current authorization levels, associated
rights, or notifications in WebScheduler will remain the same.
