NATCA NATIONAL OFFICE DEPARTMENTAL UPDATE July 28 - Aug. 10 , 2018 CERTIFIED NATCA ELECTION RESULTS CERTIFICATION BY GLOBAL ELECTION SERVICES Pursuant to a request of the National Air Traffic Controllers Association [NATCA], Global Election Services designated Maralin Falik, Chief Executive Officer, to supervise a mail ballot/electronic internet vote for Officers of the aforesaid union during th e period of June 25, 2018 through 11:59 PM on July 30, 2018. Mail ballots were retrieved at the post office at 9:00 AM on July 31, 2018. Internet voting closed at 11:59 PM on July 30, 2018. The tabulation of the results was held at the Madison Hotel, 1177 15th Street, Washington, DC 20005 on July 31, 2018 commencing at approximately 10:10 AM. GLOBAL ELECTION SERVICES hereby certifies that the election was conducted fairly and honestly and in accordance with the National Constitution and Election Rules promulgated by the National Air Traffic Controllers Association and as mandated by the Department of Labor - Office of La bor - Management Standards. GLOBAL ELECTION SERVICES further certifies that members had the opportunity to register to receive an electronic - only ballot and to receive a ballot through the mail by not registering for an electronic - only ballot.
