On or before Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2018, any NATCA member wanting to attend CFS must submit the national Excused Absence Request Form. That's t he first of three steps for NATCA members to register for CFS 2018 , followed by submitting the Local Facility Request form to your FacRep and ATM and then completing the registration form . LABOR RELATIONS DEPARTMENT WEBSCHEDULER MIGRATION On May 8, 2018, NATCA and the Agency signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) regarding the Agency's migration from Lotus Notes/Domino Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) to MyAccess for WebScheduler (also k nown as WMT Scheduler or WMT). The migration was originally scheduled to occur on May 18, 2018. However, as a result of critical issues asso ciated with the transition, the migration was delayed. The Agency and NATCA have collaboratively addressed the critical issu es that delayed the migration. As a result, the effective date of this migration is Wednesday, Aug . 22, 2018. BUEs will be require d to access WebScheduler using https://wmtscheduler.faa.gov or through the MyAccess website, https://my.faa.gov . To sign into WebScheduler, BUEs will use either: (1) PIV Card and PIV Card PIN; or (2) FAA email address (as their username), as well as their MyAccess PIN and the correct answer to one of their established MyAccess Security Questions. All current authorization levels, associated rights, or notifications in WebSchedu ler will remain the same. The revisions removed all references to the Biographical Assessment that the Agency previously used for certai n applicants for Air Traffic Contro l Specialist (ATCS) positions. The recent nationwide vacancy bid for new ATCS appointments did not include the Biographical Assessment. This revision aligns the Agency's policy with its new practice. RVA FAILU RE TO TIMELY PAY WAGES ON AUG. 10, 2018 On Aug. 13, 2018, NATCA filed a national - level grievance concerning the failure of Robinson Aviation ("RVA") to ensure the t imely payment of wages on Aug. 10, 2018. The grievance covers all RVA bargaining unit employees, and includes a demand for compensation for bank overdraft fees and penalties suffered as a result of the delay in
