the Ops team members know how to communicate between local facility Ops SMEs and adaptation specialists (at facilities and the Tech Center), the better the product will be in the field. TRAFFIC FLOW MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (TFMS) Ryan Jacobs (DCC) is the Article 114 Representative to the TFMS project. His report is below: I was able to meet with Bob Mount last week, and he committed to keep me involved in the process moving forward. Tech Refresh still does not have solid dates or timelines moving forward due to the government shutdown. Currently ZHU is still projecting as the keysite but dates have not been set and it seems likely that the command center will not be implemented prior to or during SWAP. The team met the week of Feb. 25 for additional regression testing for R13P15 and a potential ERAM fix for PDRR. We were able to hold a telcon with the TFDM team to discuss the surface viewer and expectations or timelines for further enhancements. Some of the specific things that were discussed were the refresh rate currently set at every five seconds with a request to go to every one second. Also, there was discussion on what items would be displayed on the map (de-icing pads, spots, terminals, etc.). We also discussed behaviors of the "free text" field and who can edit or view the entries. During the telcon there was talk of how some other tools are used, and I brought up the fact that current requirements do not include the ability to change the color of an individual icon which might need to be addressed. Some members of the TFDM team will join the TFMS DT in March for an early look at the surface viewer. We were asked recently to come up with a top 50 list of TFMS ERs and CRs with hopes of getting as many of them implemented as possible.
