SOCIAL MEDIA REPORT • Snowball Express (Dec. 7-13, 2018) – For one week in December, NATCA posted exclusively about Snowball Express, including NATCA volunteers across the country and the NATCA Charitable Foundation's activities for the event. Facebook and Instagram reach were double what they were the previous week, and Twitter reach was 1.6 times higher. Engagements on Instagram were 12 times higher than those of the previous date range. This was due to an abundance of comments on the photos and videos posted to NATCA's Instagram during this week.
