route amendments based on post-implementation analysis from the Nov. 8, 2018 implementation. The team will then reconnect the future Metroplex SIDs and STARs to the Q routes at a later date when the northern Q routes (NEC ACR) are incorporated through the Northeast Corridor (NEC) initiative using the JO 7100.41 PBN process with a dedicated set of co-leads from the Eastern Service Center OSG PBN team. The Florida team is also working on a massive community engagement effort as well. Detroit/Cleveland Metroplex implemented SIDs and STARs on Sept. 13, 2018. They have some post-implementation amendments to the SIDs and STARs slated with the SID publication expected in August 2019, and the STAR publication in October 2019. These publications should effectively close out the DTW/CLE post-implementation phase. The Denver Metroplex team continues their community involvement and engagement activities with a planned implementation date of March 26, 2020. The Las Vegas Metroplex is moving forward, now that design work is mostly complete, and also continuing to work on community involvement activities. The Metroplex leads meeting scheduled for January 2019 was cancelled due to the shutdown but is looking to be rescheduled sometime in early summer 2019. PBN Policy and Support (AJV-14) is currently working with Flight Standards (AFS), Aeronautical Information Services (AIS), Service Center Operational Support Groups (OSGs), Flight Inspection, and PASS on a workgroup to look at ways to streamline the Instrument Flight Procedures (IFP) development processes to improve the way we validate incoming IFP requests. This workgroup will also look at ways to better prioritize valid requests that aligns better with safety needs and the PBN NAS Nav Strategy. This workgroup kicked off on March 28, 2017. An IST (IFP Support Team) workgroup was stood up to define function, roles, and responsibilities to incorporate into the new JO 7100.41B for IFP implementation. NATCA has been participating on the ISG (IFP Steering Group), which oversees the transition to the 2600.43C and prior to the 7100.41B implementation. The PBN Office continues to work with the VORMON Program Office to integrate and coordinate PBN activities with the VORMON waterfall schedule through 2025. The next PBN co-leads meeting is scheduled for May 21-23, 2019 in Washington, D.C., with co-leads represented from all three service centers to continue to work on prioritization of single site projects. National Airspace Submitted by Jim Davis, NATCA National Airspace Rep For quite some time, NATCA has pushed for a national prioritization and singular implementation process for all Instrument Flight Procedures (IFP). Since March of 2017, we have participated on multiple workgroups and collaborated with the agency in this effort. The most recent government shutdown has stalled part of our efforts, and we do not expect to reconvene our current workgroup until May at the earliest, as each service center is concentrating on catching up. AIR TRAFFIC PROCEDURES (AJV-8) Andy Marosvari (BOI) is the Article 114 Rep in the AJV-8 Office. His report is below: Procedures Update March 2019 – NATCA participates in nearly every meeting regarding every change that the FAA is working on. Additionally, most clarifications and interpretations, previously done without collaboration, are now written with NATCA involvement. Below are a few of the issues being worked on with AJV-8 (FAA Procedures Office): Clarification of DVAs (Diverse Vector Areas) – Based on discussions with the Agency and industry (airlines and AOPA), new language was included in the 7110.65, 7210.3, and the AIM,
