Her report is below: 3900.19C Karena Marinas and Dominic Petrelli are participating in ongoing telcons for the joint ATO/NATCA CWG to determine recommendations for establishing roles and responsibilities and possible additional documentation needed to support the order. We are nearing completion of the CWG work and will be reporting our findings soon to the sponsors. POCs: Karena Marinas, Dominic Petrelli, Nicole Vitale, and Dean Iacopelli. IAQ Order 3900.76 The Agency briefed NATCA on JO 3900.76. It was technically reviewed by Geoff Bacci and contained no technical issues. Karena Marinas, Dominic Petrelli and the OSHA Committee reviewed the order and did not find any concerns or changes from the IAQ PIR currently used and referenced by our MOU and Article 125. The Agency wants to update the MOU and the issue is being discussed. POCs: Karena Marinas, Dean Iacopelli, and Nicole Vitale. ATO Collaborative Work Group on Establishment OSHECCOMs Karena Marinas reached out to the FAA co-lead and requested an update on the projected start date for this CWG. The co-lead forgot due to the shutdown and reached out to the group members to establish a kick-off meeting. Due to the length of time since the CWG was first created, the original NATCA members are no longer available and had to be replaced by Ms. Marinas. The new committee members who will be participating in the workgroup are Matt Murray and Deb Stewart. The kick-off meeting will be scheduled soon and will likely require travel to Seattle. POCs: Karena Marinas, Matt Murray, and Deb Stewart.
