Richard Thomas, NATCA TAMR Deployment Lead - We traveled to BOS for standardization site surveys which included A90, MHT, ASH, and PSM. We solicited SMEs for the following facilities: • Remote towers - EGE, SLN, TVC, SAF, RDD, DBQ, and GCN. • S804 Consolidation - CLE, CAK, and MFD. Volunteers have been selected and the information sent to the NATCA National Office for coordination for release from their local facility. We participated in the pre-CCB (change control board) meeting on July 25. We are also working with LBB ATCT, the Program Office, and Chris Hilbert (PHL) to arrange for MDM optimization and TRACON lighting. The original date wouldn't work due to other obligations. Scott Kendrick (North Texas-OSF), NATCA TAMR Operational Support Facilities (OSF) STARS Enhancements 2 (SE2) - We attended the SE2 Technical Interchange Meeting (TIM) with stakeholders. The users continued to review STARS Enhancements 2 thinspecs; STR 29539 - Intra and Interfacilty Messaging with Dynamic Spacing; STR 29525 - Altitude Amendment; and STR 29538 - Airspace Transfer. System Technical Reports Working Group (STRWG) - Stakeholders continue to review proposed software modifications to STARS. STR 29824 - In trail distance should be available for ghost targets in ATPA processing volumes. STR 29657 needs better warnings for cold start, warm start and test mode, and STR 29688 - VSP Print Request Response Message. Pre-Change Control Board (Pre-CCB) - Future STARS sites were brought forward for potential CCB changes, and the benefits and impacts were discussed with all stakeholders. Changes that have general stakeholder consensus will be submitted to the TAMR CCB for final management approval. Software Planning Board (SPB) - Stakeholders continue to work changes in the software release schedules contents package list for S6.00R10. Operating Testing and Evaluation (OT&E) - OSF SMEs from DVOSF supported the initial playdate at Raytheon for ATPrepare with a new interface for use with ATCOACH. In addition, Mr. Kendrick attended the SBS, TAMR Look-Ahead, and weekly OSF Technical telcon. TIME BASED FLOW MANAGEMENT/TERMINAL SEQUENCING AND SPACING (TBFM/TSAS) Matt Gammon (ZID) is the Article 114 Rep for TBFM/TSAS. His report is below: During the week of July 8, TBFM Ops team members attended briefings and demonstrations of the IDM concept and the use of a Collaborative Trajectory Options Program (CTOP)/NASA Collaborative Trajectory Options Program (nCTOP) TMI to strategically "pre-condition" the demand. This activity was conducted at NASA Ames and was attended by members of the NEC subgroup. This was the second visit to NASA Ames to see the work that is being done on this project. Although there are varying discussions about the future usage of this project, the Ops Team believes there is great value in the working towards more accurate long-distance flow conditioning and system integration of time constraints to reduce redundant delays. Members of the Ops Team TFDM subgroup travelled to CLE to get familiar with TFDMs Electronic Flight Strip capability. As 3T integration continues to move forward, it is important that each group continues to work together to make sure that we are supporting each other. This
