members nationally serving each local facility across the country and 26 Professional Standards District Chairs (PSDCs) that serve as a resource for FacReps and members. If your facility is without a local member, or you do not feel comfortable bringing your issue to them, please contact your PSDC or the National team. Please reach out to us at PS@natca.net with any questions about the program. The PS team has also been tasked by NATCA leadership to create the Respect initiative. This initiative is a long-term process designed to help us better understand workplace conflict and create an environment of mutual dignity, support, and respect. Implementation of this initiative has begun at facilities in the NSO and NAL regions. The NNM and NWP regions are in the process of creating their local Respect teams. The NCE, NGL, and NSW regions will begin to receive information on the initiative throughout the month of August. The NNE and NEA regions, as well as FSS, will be contacted soon after. For more information about the Respect initiative, visit the Respect webpage by clicking here. You can also send an email to RESPECT@natca.net with any specific questions you may have about the initiative.
