Minneapolis Center, M98 TRACON, MSP ATCT - VORMON workgroup meeting was held Sept. 24-26. RNAV replacement SIDs were designed to mitigate for loss of MSP VOR in FY23. T-Routes required for all ZMP navaids losses will be developed during the first two weeks in December. We are awaiting a firm date from ZMP to schedule the workgroup meeting. Kansas City, Mo. - VORMON workgroup met Sept. 17-19 and addressed the RBA VOR decom and the loss of 75% of the KMCI conventional STARs to VORMON. KMCI will have four new RNAV STARs to mitigate. An additional briefing was held Oct. 7 to review meeting notes with MCI NATCA POCs. Columbus, Ohio - Draft designs are ready for noise analysis. Columbus Regional Airport Authority has recently requested a review briefing before the FAA Noise Analysis. Once this briefing and the Noise Analysis have been completed, the results and project details will be reviewed by the working group and Airport Authority. We can then agree on what the most appropriate Community Engagement Plan needs to include and set that plan in motion. The tentative chart date for CMH has been moved from May 2020 to September 2020 because of a reduction in publication slots available to the Central Flight Procedures Team. CMH NATCA is discussing the new proposed charting schedule with local FAA management to determine whether the September 2020 cycle allows acceptable time to complete workforce training. Training will need to begin immediately after the facility prime time leave schedules wind down and prior to procedure publication. San Antonio, Texas - Initial noise analysis has been received but formatting and content is different than previous reports. Environmental is gathering additional info before presenting these results to the SAT City Aviation Department. We are also prepping materials for our CI planning activities with the City Aviation Department. Indianapolis Center - VORMON T-Route mitigation meeting held Oct. 22-24 at ZID. Louisville, Ky. - We held a very successful scoping meeting in July. The first draft of the scoping document was sent out for workgroup review and a telcon was held on Aug. 12 to discuss and make changes. The next meeting dates are Nov. 19-21 in Louisville, Ky., and TBD in January 2020. Cincinnati - Preparations are being made to continue previous PBN design work to support KCVG. No meeting dates have been coordinated yet. Dallas - Four SIDs have been amended to improve the DRSET departure issue at Dallas Love Field. Aircraft departing RWYs 13L/R need to be vertically restricted to keep them out of the DFW departure stream. Procedures are in OKC for development and charting is expected in December. El Paso, Texas - Two RNPs have been developed to address safety issues identified by SWA when approaching RWY 08R. Procedures are at OKC for development and
